I’m a sucker for stories about restaurant music. Loved this piece from FT “How to Spend It” about creating playlists for restaurants. It includes the playlist the late composer Ryuichi Sakamoto created for Kajitsu. I love this story - he loved to eat there but hated the music, so he created a playlist for them. I love to go on a long forest walk and throw this on the headphones. Check it out here:
