It’s decorative gourd season, people.
But it’s also edible squash season. My Charleston CSA is awash in squash: butterkin, butternut, honey nut, kabocha, delicata and more. And I’m all about it. We love a bit of squash in the house - for decor, yes, but mostly for eating.
