Today I’m dropping a throwback video from my days of “Brooks Cooks,” my short-lived Covid era cooking show. (If you’re new here, this may be the first time you’ve seen it.) In the years since I’ve received a lot of requests for a link to this recipe; Substack now has video, so I’m sharing it again here.

I can’t claim credit - this is an homage to a dish from Prune in New York City. I’m counting the days until it reopens once more.

My wife is cajoling me into making more videos, so stay tuned for more in the coming weeks as I share them here.
