Avocado toast has had its day in the sun, and I would even say it may have cemented its place in the American breakfast canon. It is the On Running of toast. I love it, at times begrudgingly, and we serve it at Leon’s. But I think there are several other superior toast variations, and I wanted to share a couple of favorites with you.
