For those who are accustomed to reading my weekly contributions, you know that discovering and sharing pantry items I love is something I love. And based on reactions from you, it sounds like you love them, too!

I’ve long been an advocate of Cream-Nut Peanut Butter, one of my top pantry staples. We eat it as a quick snack from a spoon, spread on toast with banana as an easy breakfast, or shellacked across dates for a healthy dessert (and a damn close approximation for a Reese’s Cup.) At least one person a week thanks me for introducing them to the product, from a family owned operation in Michigan.

My newest discovery is from a small company based in Haleiwa, Hawaii called North Shore Goodies. They produce a Coconut Peanut Butter (using ONLY coconuts and peanuts) that is OUT OF THIS WORLD delicious. It is a merging of two worlds I didn’t know needed to be merged - but now that I’ve tasted it, I can never go back.

We’ve been loving it straight from the jar, but it also takes our nightly date and peanut butter ritual to a new level.
