Good morning, everyone.
I’ve been woefully delayed on this week’s post, having spent all week in New Orleans bringing my new project to life. It’s called The Bell, a neighborhood restaurant with a seafood-leaning menu. It looks, feels, and, for the most part, acts like a British pub, complete with carpet, Union Jack bunting, and Guinness on tap. (Sure, Guinness is from Ireland but is a pub staple in England.)
