I have a variety of travel and dining philosophies I’ve developed over the years. I use these maxims to guide the decisions I make when I’m on the road, or when I’m dining out. It may sound strange, but when you’ve been on enough airplanes, dined in enough restaurants, or stayed in enough hotels, you begin to notice patterns.
They range from the silly but useful (avoid places with the word “vibes”on their signage) to the very beneficial (I always have a run after I land from an overnight international flight). They work for me.
