I’ve never met a veggie I didn’t love to grill. For today, it’s zucchini. This dish is idiot proof, inspired by a similar one I enjoyed at a Charleston favorite, Chez Nous.
Instead of being outside, I used a favorite kitchen implement, the Lodge Griddle/Grill, to bring the grilling inside. (It was raining.)
