These are the eggs I make every morning. I love the challenge of trying to get them “just right,” with a silky, luscious interior and a smooth exterior free of color. This version is so-so, but I’m a one take kind of guy.

There are a few takeaways from this video that you can apply to your own egg cookery, but really - why waste your time here? If you really want to know the best way, go with the master.
