I was struck by a recent episode of TASTE featuring Sam Sifton, the former restaurant critic for The New York Times and the founding editor of New York Times Cooking - a website I love and reference often. Sam knows his stuff.
He was asked to name the worst vegetable and his answer surprised me: “Zucchini.” Matt Rodbard, the host (and friend of the newsletter) mentioned that same answer had come up several times with his guests.
